The Investigation Basis:
The Investigation Contract of Aaden Detective Agency

The legal basis for investigations is the investigation contract concluded between you and the Aaden Commercial Detective Agency Düsseldorf. This is a service contract in which the detective fees, the purpose of the assignment, and the general terms and conditions of our Düsseldorf detective agency are defined in detail.

In principle, contracts can also be legally concluded verbally; however, with very few exceptions (imminent danger), we insist on having a signed written investigation contract in place before we begin our work. In addition, our clients are required to provide an industry-standard security deposit in the form of an advance payment.

Objective Evidence Collection by Detectives

Before concluding a contract, a legitimate interest pursuant to Section 29 (2) BDSG must in any case exist for carrying out the investigative activities of our detectives from Düsseldorf. This means that, for example, in the case of a traffic offense in which your vehicle has been damaged and the responsible party has fled, a legitimate interest exists, but not if someone smiles at you from a motor vehicle and you wish to have their address determined in order to initiate contact.

It therefore contains no unpleasant surprises. The fees of our detectives are generally billed on an hourly basis, as we do not work on the basis of success guarantees or contingency fees. The contract also specifies the investigators likely to be required and the technology to be used, as well as any time and/or cost limits you may set
